How this form uses your information

Langhoff Consult ApS uses your registered parent email and the code you enter to verify that you may delete the linked Family account. The form does not create an account. Cloudflare hosts this page and stores minimal deletion records, Supabase handles verification and the account service, and Resend delivers code emails. These providers process technical request and delivery records. Processing may take place outside the EU.

The page keeps authorization tokens in its running session, not in its URLs or application browser storage. It uses no analytics or tracking pixels. Close the tab when finished. Your browser may manage form suggestions or device copies independently.

What remains after deletion

Cloud deletion does not remove local profiles, exports or copies on your devices, and does not cancel a store subscription. Use profile management on each device, remove exported copies separately, and cancel renewal in your store account.

Backup copies and provider logs expire under their retention settings rather than disappearing immediately. Minimal deletion records remain for a 30-day protection period and are then removed by scheduled cleanup; removal is not instantaneous at the end of that period. Separately required transaction or support records may remain under their own retention rules.

If verification or deletion cannot complete

Wait for the success message. An error or missing response is not proof of deletion; retry in the same tab. If authorization has expired, start again.

If you cannot access the registered mailbox or have no linked Family, contact support@zimli.app. Support will explain what identity information and next steps are available. Contacting support does not itself delete the account or restore access. Never send login codes, recovery keys, child information or identity documents unsolicited.
