Visiting zimli.app
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. It processes your IP address and technical request information to deliver pages and prevent abuse. We rely on our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functioning website. We do not add analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, a mailing list or account registration. Fonts and artwork are served with the site. The site code does not set cookies or use browser storage.
When you contact us
We use your email address, message and any information you choose to send to answer your enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in responding to questions. Support mail currently passes through Cloudflare Email Routing to the owner's Gmail inbox. Please do not send children's names, brushing history, passwords, login codes or recovery keys. There is no need to send child information to ask about launch.
Our retention schedule for enquiries is the duration of the case and 24 months after closure, unless a documented legal obligation or claim requires longer retention. You can request earlier deletion at support@zimli.app.
Providers and international processing
Cloudflare and Google process technical or email data as part of these services; processing may occur outside the EU. We do not promise EU-only processing. Cloudflare retains Email Routing events for 31 days. Hosting security records and provider backups follow the providers’ applicable retention practices; we do not operate a separate visitor analytics database.

Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where applicable. Contact support@zimli.app; we may need proportionate identity verification. You can complain to Datatilsynet without contacting us first.
Before the app launches
Zimli is being tested. Public app release and Premium purchases are not open. App-specific privacy information and terms will be published before public launch. This website does not collect child profiles or create family accounts. This notice takes effect on 29 September 2026.
